A Paint Party is an interactive and entertaining event where attendees can socialize and create their own artwork.

Do I need to have painting experience to join a Paint Party?

Not at all! Our events are designed for everyone, regardless of their artistic background. Our instructors will guide you through the painting process step by step.

What is included in the Paint Party package?

Each Paint Party package includes all necessary art supplies (canvas, paint, and brushes) and the expertise of our instructors. We also provide a fun and vibrant atmosphere, perfect for a memorable experience.

How long does a Paint Party last?

The entire event, including setup and take down, is planned for a total of 4 hours. Participants will spend 2 hours painting, and an additional hour is allocated for both setup before the event and take down afterward.

How do I book a Paint Party for a private event or celebration?

What information do you need to book a Paint Party? 

To book an event, we'll need the following details: 

     • Address of the venue 

     • Contact information of the person coordinating the event

     • Phone number and email of the contact person 

     • Preferred date and time for the Paint Party

     • Number of estimated painters attending the Paint Party

What is your cancellation policy?

 Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of event. Please refer to our website or contact us directly for detailed information on cancellations and rescheduling.

What are the payment options for events?

The payment options depend on the nature of the event. Organizers have the flexibility to either collect the painter fee directly from the guests or cover the fee themselves. If the guests are responsible for the fee, organizers can handle the payments independently or opt for Colorful Creations to manage the payment process. In cases where the organizer covers the painter's fees, a 50% deposit is necessary to secure the date and essential supplies, with the final payment due on the day of the event.

Here's what you need to provide:

• Venue: Ensure you have a suitable space for the event, preferably with hard flooring (no carpets). We'll take care of the setup to create the perfect painting atmosphere.
• Tables and Chairs: We'll need tables and chairs for each participant to engage in the painting experience comfortably.
• Access to Water and Restrooms: Ensure easy access to water and restroom facilities for participants' convenience.
• Lighting: Adequate lighting is important to enhance the painting experience. Natural or well-lit artificial lighting works best.
• Preferred Setup Time: Provide an hour for setup before the event starts. This ensures we can arrange the space and materials for a seamless painting experience.
• Availability for 4 Hours: The room should be available for 4 hours, including 2 hours of painting, 1 hour for setup, and 1 hour for takedown.
• Contact Information: Share your contact details and be available for coordination on the event day.

What steps do you take to ensure the smooth flow of the event?

We work closely with the event coordinator to gather essential details, such as venue logistics, preferred payment arrangements, and timing requirements. Clear communication ensures a seamless and enjoyable Paint Party experience for everyone.

Yes, children are welcome to attend our events. However, please note that some events may be more suitable for adults due to the complexity of the painting.
